I3DMS PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy describes how I3DMS ("the App") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the mobile application. I3DMS is developed and maintained by QubitX Intelligence.
Temporary Google Play Publisher
At present, this application is distributed on Google Play through the developer account "Our own QubitXIntelligence account" on behalf of QubitX Intelligence, while the company's own Google Play Developer account verification is being completed.
Application development, maintenance, technical support, and backend services are provided by QubitX Intelligence.
Developer Information
Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the application, we may collect:

- Login credentials (processed securely)

- Uploaded documents
- Generated invoices
- Application usage information
- Diagnostic information for troubleshooting
We do not sell your personal information.
Location Permission
The application may request access to your device's location to support business operations, including:

Location is only accessed after you grant permission.
Biometric Authentication
If enabled by your organization, the application may use your device's biometric authentication (Fingerprint or Face Authentication) for secure login.
- Biometric data is never collected or stored by QubitX Intelligence.
- Authentication is handled entirely by your device's operating system.
Files, Photos and Documents
The application allows users to:
- Download invoices
- View invoices
- Share invoices
- Export documents
Files generated by the application are created only after user action. The application does not scan your personal photo gallery or media library.
If access to files or media is required, it is solely for the features requested by the user, such as viewing, downloading, or sharing business documents.
Storage Permissions
The application may temporarily access device storage for purposes including:
- Saving invoices
- Opening downloaded documents
- Sharing files
- Exporting reports
The application does not access unrelated personal files.
